Skin Match Request Form
Gos Boutique is pleased to offer complimentary skin-matching for our customers. We are able to match most skins – including those for stores no longer in SL!
Most presets will be added to the database. If for some reason the skin is not added, you will be provided with presets.
Once your request has been reviewed, you will be contacted by a member of our support team.
Skin matches may take several days to complete. We appreciate your patience and in the meantime, please use Manual Match or try another similar match for that brand.
If you are requesting a skin that is already in the database but believe it is a mismatch, please visit Ensuring a Perfect Match prior to submitting a request.
Please use the following form to request a skin match or report a mismatch. If reporting a mismatch, please check out http://blog.gosboutique.com/?page_id=1709 to make sure your settings are correct prior to filling out the form.
We are able to accommodate most skin match requests. If demos or skins are not available, you will be contacted to set up a time with staff to match while you are wearing the skin.
We cannot guarantee a turnaround time on skin match requests. While you are waiting for your skin to be added, you may want to try another match for that store (a lot of stores are using standard tones now) or use Manual Match.
